The wellness and comfort of our guests is our absolute priority. Casa Magda is taking every possible step to ensure our guests are cared for properly, abiding by all governmental regulations, ensuring rigorous cleaning protocols, safe distancing, masks, and contact-free service. We hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.

All guest names should be identified and given to us upon booking.

Absolutely no unannounced guests. Do not exceed the maximum capacity of people. You must book the exact number of guests you will be having on the booking. This is for all of our safety.

Guests are required to acknowledge and agree to the following guidelines and agreements.

COVID-19 Safety & Prevention guideline:

  • Clean hands often.

  • Wear a mask when necessary and in public areas.

  • Get tested for COVID-19 and make sure you are tested for NEGATIVE when you check into Casa Magda.

  • Staying home and quarantining if any symptoms come up including fever.

  • Limit social gatherings and time spent in crowded places.

  • Avoid close contact with someone who is sick.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

  • Guest(s) will notify host if anyone in their party has had any symptom or has tested positive for COVID-19 during your stay. This is incredibly important.

COVID-19 Health Declaration and Hold Harmless Agreement:

  • Guests have not experienced symptoms of fever, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, or dry cough or exhibiting in any other symptoms relating to COVID-19 or any communicable disease within the last 14 days.

  • Guests have not or any member(s) of their household, traveled by sea or by air internationally within the past 30 days.

  • Guests did not, nor any member of the household, visit any area within the United States that was reported to be highly affected by COVID-19 in the last 30 days.

  • Guests have not been, nor any member(s) of the household, diagnosed to be infected of COVID-19 virus within the last 30 days.

  • Guests are fully and personally responsible for their own safety and actions while and during participation and recognize that they may be in any case at risk of contracting COVID-19.

  • Casa Magda is certified as an Airbnb Enhanced Clean home. Our housekeeper, who is already incredibly thorough, is focusing extra attention on common use areas like light switches and door knobs. The house will be thoroughly sanitized for your stay, rest assured.
