Just a short ten-minute drive from Casa Magda is the charming ski town of Windham, NY, where guests can access ski trails, mountain bike paths, and terrain parks. Hiking enthusiasts can explore nearby trails like the Windham Path, Escarpment Trail, and Elm Ridge Trail, which connect to the Windham High Peak. For breathtaking views, The Five State Lookout overlooks the Hudson River Valley and surrounding mountains. Other nearby attractions include Hunter Mountain, Bearpen Mountain, Tannersville, Woodstock, Phoenicia, and Kingston, which offer entertainment, dining options like the Phoenicia Diner, breweries, vineyards, swimming holes, antique shops, and more. Skiing/Snowboarding in the Catskills

Windham Mountain (10 min drive)

Windham Mountain is now part of the Ikon Pass Program.  Please visit their website for all details including terms of use, etc.  Book tickets at Windham Mountain here. 

Hunter Mountain (15 min drive)

Hunter Mountain will be operating with a reservation system this season due to their limited capacity.  To secure your chosen ski date prior to December 7th, you will need to purchase an Epic Pass or Epic Day Pass. Afterwards you will be able to purchase lift tickets, but only in advance and online.  Please click here for more information.
