Casa Magda renovations began in
Fall 2019 and finished in Summer 2021.

When I purchased Casa Magda in 2019, it had been left untouched for over three decades. The entire house was painted a bold shade of pink from the floorboards to the ceiling, with an eclectic collection of furniture scattered throughout. Despite the distraction of the mismatched carpets, dark wooden trim, and unusual decor, the house boasted a timeless quality in its architecture and structure. After numerous updates including fresh coats of paint, a modern kitchen inspired by Donald Judd, and bringing in furniture from my childhood home, I am proud to call Casa Magda my own.
