Wood work inspired by Donald Judd, this newly designed and renovated kitchen provides all the essentials for the inspired chef or experienced home cook. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all the essential cooking tools, such as an ice machine, filtered water dispenser, dish washer, kitchen mixer, food processor, rice cooker, French press, and so much more. Enjoy the collection of designer dish ware, ceramic cups, and spices kept in the drawers.

“We LOVED casa Magda. First of all, this is a perfect location with plenty of hikes, and town nearby. The house is on a beautiful, large property, perfect for a fire and outdoor games with friends. Remote enough that you can’t see anyone else and feel deep in the woods without the trek. Inside, every detail of the house is gorgeous and funky. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of privacy for everyone. This place is perfect and we will be back!!!”

Loosen up in the loft
The loft has been reinvented as an entertainment room, and boasts a 100” projection screen. There is a curated collection of Blu-Rays and DVDs from comedy to drama, horror to anime, and the Bose surround sound system places viewers in the middle of the action. Use the space to play games like Chinese Mahjong (麻將), Cards Against Humanity, or Jenga. Guests can lounge on the custom daybeds to curl up with a good book, day dream while peering out the sky light, or overlook the living room with a morning brew.
Sleep soundly in nature
A blend of vintage and contemporary furniture, alongside artwork done by close friends, bring an array of colors and character to each room. In the 4 large-sized bedrooms, full to queen size beds are topped with memory foam to help all guests sleep deeper through the night. Sound machines can be found next to the nightstands for those who rest easier with ambient noise. All rooms are clean, contemporary, and perfect for partners or close friends to share. The loft can accommodate larger parties with 4 twin sized mattresses in a communal setting.
“I booked Casa Magda with a group of 7 of my friends for a relaxing and dreamy weekend away from the city. We all wish we could go back again already. The warm, immaculate, and tranquil space is perfect for intimate group gatherings. Every detail of the airbnb from the experience of booking online to the interior decorating is designed with so much thought and care…The house is perfectly located on a very quiet secluded street but also close to town if you need to grab any additional provisions. A spacious deck on the side of the house is perfect for having your first coffee of the day, enjoying the sun, practicing wellness, or grilling. The deck comes with patio chairs, dining tables, an umbrella, and lounge chairs for all modes of relaxation. Grab a mat for yoga, stretching, and meditation. As night rolls in and the clouds part ways, guests can take advantage of the cool air and clear skies for intimate conversations with drinks, stargazing, or sharing dinner with loved ones.
“We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Magda! Every corner of this house is stunning from the modern design aesthetic, the art on the walls, the amenities, with amazing touches throughout (projector for epic movie night, grill, campfire, disco ball, and colorful lights for living room dance parties). Tiffany has poured so much love, care, and craft into creating this home…one of our favorite elements was the coffee table book that showcases the before/after photos of the house, with details on the renovation process and story behind specific decor pieces she made & chose. Everyone left wanting to hire Tiffany to be the interior designer for our own homes. :)
Additionally, the Casa Magda website has the best recommendations for adventures in the Catskills. We went to Phoenicia Diner for brunch on our way up, Good Night in Woodstock for a delicious dinner, Gracie’s Luncheonette for donuts, and did the Kaaterskills Falls hike & explored Art Omi…each of the recommendations was a huge hit with our group. Thank you for the best long weekend trip to the Catskills!”

Campfires and s’more
Enjoy a bonfire by the Magda Tree, roast marshmallows with other guests, and turn on the fairy lights to add a bit more magic to the evening. When the fire finally goes out, guests can enjoy the celestial scenery or, once a month, experience the full moon’s pristine light beaming down onto the lawn. Guests are encouraged to bring firewood on their visit, and keep them stacked underneath the deck, where the deck furniture is also stored.
“Casa Magda is absolutely wonderful. We stayed for two nights and it was heavenly and so well equipped, perfect for cooking and staying in to play card games. The backyard is lovely, great for BBQs and fire pit hangs. Thank you SO much!”

Connect to the land and nature
Many trails, parks, waterfalls, ski resorts, and more surround the area. While Casa Magda provides a safe haven for all guests, take time to venture out to the surrounding areas. The Catskills have a history for finding individual expression and spirituality through places like Woodstock and the Mahayana Temple. Take time to acknowledge the land’s history, as it once belonged to the Mohicans and Haudenosaunee peoples. As always, be safe when hiking or going outdoors.
Work from the mountains easily
The property has cell reception in the house depending on your cellular provider. There’s also Starlink satellite internet. It’s perfect for working remote and streaming, but it is not equipped for heavy downloading or gaming. We recommend downloading any music, movies, etc. prior to your arrival just in case.
We offer Amazon Firestick on the projector so you can stream Netflix, YouTube, Prime, HBO, etc. Please have your own streaming accounts prepared as we only offer our personal Prime, Netflix, and Youtube accounts.
“Stayed here for a relaxing weekend getaway with friends. The house is even more beautiful in person! Tiffany put a lot of great touches in the home and it is very clear that she poured herself into it. We especially appreciated all the different parts of the home that really allow for intimate hang outs–from the living room, the dining room, kitchen, and patio. Also the acoustics in the house are AMAZING. Highly recommend for a chill dance party.”
